The newly furnished and quiet room with couch bed. Great and comfy location to Arbor Square.

The room I booked was remodeled the breakfast was good and available with 2 beds. The breakfast was great and offered a lot of items. The stuff was extremely accommodating, superfriendly, and everything was nice. The location was absolutely perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from Deerfield Towne Center.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met requirements, couldn't recommend more it. Everything was great, super-friendly staff, excellent location really close to a soccer tournament in nearby Lebanon, OH and many restaurants and shopping and the Renaissance festival.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and truly enjoyed it. Came in Mason to relax and have fun, this affordable property was great place for doing it. The staff were super-friendly and affable whole time of my stay. I found the hotel's location favourable and unbeatable, close to many restaurants and attractions as well as other areas.

A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave in the room, marvellous and phenomenal location. Fresh food combined with a good service.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to other areas of interest that we planned to travel to. We could easily walk to a restaurant on the north side for a dinner order. Additionally, we were conveniently located near Kings Island, which was a bonus for our stay.

The hotel lacked sufficient washers and dryers, making it difficult for guests with laundry needs.

The linens on the pull out couch were not clean and there was old food and crumbs that had not been cleaned in there as well.

The king room with 2 beds, facilities worked for us. The staff were superfriendly and courteous in case of questions.

The room was beautifully maintained and well-appointed, I had excellent experience.

The location was excellent, adjacent to a restaurant for a to dinner order, a soccer tournament in nearby Lebanon, OH and public areas.

Beds and sofa bed were comfy, rooms had soft lighting, plenty of storage, and large mirrors. TVs were big and the kids loved the pool. Breakfast had hot pancakes, bagels, cereals, fresh fruit, and tasty scramble eggs. Staff was exceptional, friendly, and helpful.

Excellent Location, Very Clean and well run, Graeter's Ice Cream in front of the hotel. A very large selection of places to eat within one mile. Shopping center two blocks from hotel. One exit to King's Mountain (3-4 miles).

Everything was great, no complaints.

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Mason for a weekend getaway. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The night shift desk clerk was incredibly friendly and took the time to engage with my son, who has autism. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We also appreciated being able to have a late check-out so we could enjoy the pool before heading home. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to our excellent stay. We will definitely book with Holiday Inn Express again in the future!

During our stay I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, the variety of channels, the friendly staff,and the breakfast was very good.

The only downfall of the stay is the price we paid for how little we used the room. We spent an hour relaxing and slept and was gone the next mo rning by 9:30am
